Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Return Information

For returns after receiving the parcel, return shipping (RTO) charges will be borne by the customer. You may arrange return shipping yourself or request our assistance, but charges will apply in either case.

Note: In case of wrong product shipped, we will cover return shipping costs after verification of the error.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Time Frame

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.

Condition

All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.

Live Items Condition

Plants and live items must be returned in their original, healthy condition to qualify for refund or exchange.

Proof of Purchase

A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included with your return.

Contact Customer Service

Email us at support@plantsandpetshub.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging. For live plants/fish, include a live unpacking video.

Ship the Item

Send the item to our address with your RMA number clearly marked.

Verification & Refund

After inspection, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days.

Refund Policy

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect its condition and process your return or exchange within 3 working days. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Live Stock

Fish, plants, shrimps, and snails cannot be returned once added to your tank or garden.

Custom Orders

Items specifically made to order cannot be returned.

Used or Damaged Items

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Perishable Items

Pet food, fertilizers, and other perishable items are non-returnable unless defective.

Fish & Livestock Guarantee (DOA)

Dead on Arrival Protection

We prioritize the quality and health of all our livestock. In the rare case that you receive dead on arrival (DOA) fish or other livestock, please follow these guidelines:

  • Time Limit: Contact us within 6 hours of delivery.
  • Photo Evidence: Provide clear photos of the dead fish both in the bag and out of the bag.
  • Video Evidence: Include a clear unboxing video showing the dead fish in the bag.
  • Compensation: We will issue a Refund Coupon (valid on your next purchase) for the full cost of the dead fish.

Important Notes:

  • DOA claims are void if the fish bag is opened before verification
  • We are not responsible for fish that die after being added to your tank
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for DOA claims

Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation of Live Items

Fish and plants cannot be canceled once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the issue.
