When will fish and livestock orders be shipped?

We ship live animals (fish, shrimp, snails) only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure safe delivery. Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Tuesday will ship the following week.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, no. Orders involving live items (plants, fish, etc.) cannot be canceled once dispatched. For non-live items, cancellations are only possible if requested within 24 hours and before dispatch.

What if my fish or plant arrives dead or damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please follow these steps: Record a video during unboxing. Share the footage with us immediately. Based on our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy, we’ll issue store credit for valid claims.
