Shipping & Delivery Options

  1. In-Store Pickup
    • Availability: In-store and curbside pickup is available for certain items. You will be notified if your items are eligible for pickup before shipment.
    • Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
    • Location: PlantsAndPetsHub, 38, Block-F, Om Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110059, India.
  2. Shipping to Your Address
    We offer a variety of shipping options for delivery to your doorstep:
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over ₹2500 for pet supplies and ₹500 for plant supplies. Free delivery is only available to eligible customers who comply with the terms and conditions.
    • Fast Delivery (2-3 Business Days): If available, this shipping option delivers products within a smaller time frame.
    • Standard Shipping Fast Delivery (7-10 Business Days): Available for all products.
    • Shipping Rates: For orders under the free shipping threshold or normal shipping, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: Generally takes 2-3 business days.
  • Extended Delivery: For some products, particularly livestock (fish, shrimps, plants), we partner with third-party shipping providers to ensure safe delivery. In these cases, delivery may take 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Days for Fish Orders: Orders containing livestock (fish, shrimp, snails) will be processed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday due to quarantine and health protocols. These orders cannot be shipped on the same day they are placed. Orders placed after 10 AM on Tuesday will be shipped the following week.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions, logistics issues) may cause delays.

International Shipping

At this time, PlantsAndPetsHub does not offer international shipping. We only ship to locations within India.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain regions and areas in India may have delivery restrictions. If we encounter shipping issues in these regions, we will notify you immediately, and the order will be canceled with a full refund.

Packaging & Delivery Care

We take utmost care in packaging your products, especially live products like fish, plants, and accessories. For livestock, we ensure:

  • Premium Packaging: Double-bagging with compressed oxygen and wellness additives.
  • Temperature-Controlled Shipping: For out-of-city orders, we use insulated and temperature-controlled boxes.
  • Health Protocols: We quarantine livestock to ensure they are healthy before shipment. We do not ship sick animals.

Delays in Delivery

In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate.

Returns for Dead Stock/Dead On Arrival (DOA)

In the event that livestock arrives dead or in poor condition, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how to claim a refund or store credit. A video of the unboxing and proof of the dead stock is required to process any claims.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched, especially those involving live items like plants and fish. If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, please contact us within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Delivery Problems:

  1. Incorrect or Missing Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any issues, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the incorrect or damaged items. refer to our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
  2. Wrong Delivery Address: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the package.

Refunds for Shipping-Related Issues

  • Undeliverable Orders: If we are unable to deliver your order due to issues beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, incorrect addresses), we may issue a refund or offer alternative solutions.
  • Livestock Shipping: Livestock orders that do not arrive in satisfactory condition (based on our DOA policy) will be refunded via a Store Credit Coupon, which can be redeemed for future purchases.

Shipping Partners

We use a combination of reliable third-party delivery partners for our shipments, including:

  • DTDC for plant supplies, accessories, and fish food.
  • The Professional Courier and Shree Maruthi Couriers for live fish deliveries.
  • India Post for specific regions in North India.
